How Many Days Ago?

1. Select the "Target Date". The default is "Today's" date.
2. Enter "How many days ago" you want to calculate.
3. The system will automatically calculate both "The date X days ago (including today)" and "The date X days ago (excluding today)".

"How many days ago?" means calculating the difference in days between today's date and the target date.
